I feel so awful when my pulse is high. And I think that's from adrenaline, not from thyroid. And so when the thyroid is low, sometimes the adrenaline is extremely high. And that can cause the pulse to be like 90 or 100 or 110, 120. And the best way I know of describing it is if you have a high temperature and a high pulse rate and you feel relaxed, I think that's the sign of a higher thyroid function. And if you have a slightly lower temperature, your hands and feet are cold. I didn't mention that. That was one of the important things of health, the temperature of the hands and feet.
