And so the parathyroid hormone will shock your bones to release calcium. And so basically, if you don't eat calcium, similar to like if you don't eat sugar or carbohydrate, your body is going to make it out of your bodily proteins. If you don't eat calcium, your body is going to make it out of your bones. And this is actually the state of soft tissue calcification. And so something Ray mentioned. And I don't think this is controversial, but in osteoporosis, you're losing calcium from your bones, but you're gaining calcium in the soft tissue. And so a person with osteoporosis will generally experience bone degradation, but also hardening of the arteries. So it's kind of this paradox of what's going on. Yeah. And so, long story short, milk and Parmigiano-Reggiano, because I think a lot of cheeses have really harmful additives in them, but Parmigiano-Reggiano is one I feel confident in. Those are foods to get an abundant amount of calcium to suppress your parathyroid hormone that can be measured on a lab. And I think that would have a lot of anti-stress and anti-aging effects and anti-inflammatory effects, just getting an abundance of calcium.
