Either fats will be synthesized from it, or glycogen synthesis and storage of glycogen will increase, or the level of sugar in the urine will increase. And this has been shown to occur in all diabetics. Now, if this is true, that would mean that if we lower the level of fatty acids in the blood, which accordingly will give the cells a chance to catch their breath, to metabolize whatever fat they have been given, because cells are supplied with fuel through the blood. That is, if the level of fatty acids in the blood decreases, the access, that is, the supply of fatty acids to the cells will also decrease.
