DMCA & Takedown

Last updated 2026-05-17

If you are a rights-holder and you would like a passage or document removed from the corpus, this page is the contact path. We respond promptly and do not require a court order.

What we host

The Oracle indexes the writings, interviews, and articles of Ray Peat PhD, Georgi Dinkov, Danny Roddy, and adjacent researchers. Excerpts surface inline as citations in answers, and full chunks are viewable in the source-passage reader. Underlying documents are not redistributed from this domain — there is no PDF download or full-text reading surface. Excerpts shown are the same retrieval chunks that ground the AI answer.

Who can submit

  • The copyright owner of a work (an author, an estate, or a publisher with assigned rights).
  • A person authorized to act on behalf of the owner (e.g. an attorney or licensed agent).
  • An author who chose to publish openly but would prefer their work not be indexed here — we honor opt-outs even when the legal claim is informal.

How to submit a takedown request

Email contact@bioenergeticoracle.com with the subject line Takedown request and the following details:

  1. Your full name, organization (if any), and a phone or email contact we can reply to.
  2. The work or works you are asking us to remove — titles, authors, dates, and any URLs (on this site or elsewhere) that point at them.
  3. A statement of the rights you hold, or the relationship that gives you standing to ask for removal.
  4. The action you would like us to take — full removal from the corpus, restriction of certain passages, attribution change, or similar.
  5. A statement, made in good faith, that the use you are objecting to is not authorized by you, the rights holder, or the law. For formal DMCA notices, include the statutory language and your physical or electronic signature.

A formal DMCA notice is welcome but not required — a clear email identifying the works and the requested action is enough to start the conversation.

Our response timeline

  • Acknowledgment within 48 hours.

You will receive a reply confirming we received the request and outlining next steps.

  • Action within 7 days.

For clear-cut requests we typically remove the affected chunks from the vector index within the same day. Reindexing is automatic after deletion; the passages stop appearing in answers as soon as the index update completes.

  • Cached answers.

Conversations that already cited the removed passages remain visible to the users who generated them, but the source-passage reader will show “passage removed” instead of the original text. Public share links to those answers will also redact the affected passages.

Counter-notice and good-faith disputes

If you believe a removal was made in error — for example, you are an authorized re-publisher of a work that was taken down at someone else's request — reply to the original removal thread with the basis for your claim. We will weigh both sides and, where the dispute is genuine, restore the passages while the parties resolve it out-of-band. We are a small operator and prefer conversation to formal counter-notice paperwork.

Repeat-infringer policy

Users who upload, share, or solicit content in violation of others' rights through the service will have their accounts suspended. The current product surface does not accept user-supplied corpus content, so this primarily covers abuse of the chat surface (e.g. attempting to reproduce removed passages at scale via crafted queries).
